um, yeah. kinda shocking ( I'm at work and didn't expect it to be that loud). i think more people should be saying it, though. the whole thing, not just the f-word. in addition to saying that, though, there needs to be further investigations and prosecution of those who said " Torture is OK". it's clearly not OK, and i'm still waiting for Hannity to take Olbermans $1000 per minute bet.
More significant, I think, is Judge What's-His-Name's suggestion that the OLC lawyers were instructed in advance by the Bushies as to what conclusions to reach.
Reportedly, John Yoo researched and authored the original memos and Jay Bybee signed off on them, for which he was awarded immunity in the form of a seat on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
